BAYA Homes is delighted to have secured a promotion agreement with the landowner on an exciting opportunity in Hook End, which sits within the jurisdiction of Brentwood District Council.

The site comprises a roughly rectangular shaped parcel of land, that extends to approximately 4.01 Ha (9.91 acres) and bounded by residential properties to all boundaries, with the property immediately to the east being Grade II Listed.
