CLAVERING, SAFFRON WALDEN

BAYA Homes is delighted to have secured a hybrid agreement on an exciting opportunity in Clavering, which sits within the jurisdiction of Uttlesford District Council.

The site comprises a parcel of land that extends to approximately 1.20 Ha (2.96 acres), currently laid to grass, and located on the outskirts of the village of Clavering. An existing access serves the site to the north east of the parcel. The site is bounded by established built form to the north and east, comprising a mix of residential and commercial properties.

BAYA Homes will be working towards an immediate submission, whilst engaging by way of initial pre-application discussions with the local planning authority to proactively progress the site to secure planning consent for a high-quality residential scheme.
