
Mark Forbes
Founding Partner
Mark has a wealth of experience within the property sector, having worked for a multidisciplinary firm of chartered surveyors, before moving client side and working within the Land Department for regional housebuilders, with a focus on new business opportunities.
Most recently, Mark held the position of Regional Land Director at a national housebuilder, securing a diverse portfolio of high-profile acquisitions including traditional housing sites, Listed Building conversions and high-density mixed-use regeneration projects, for in excess of 1000 dwellings, with a GDV of circa £500m.
Mark is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

Martin Pearce
Founding Partner
Martin, having fully qualified as an Architect in 2009, held positions in award winning, London Architectural Practices where he has worked across a variety of sectors including residential, commercial and education.
After more than 10 years in professional practice, Martin moved client side, where he has recently held the role of Head of Design for a national housebuilder. During his time in this position, he has overseen all the business’ new projects, from the preparation of scheme designs for land acquisition to leading the design process and planning strategy to deliver highly complex planning consents.
Projects have included New Build and Conversion of Listed Buildings, ranging from 100 dwellings to large, mix use regeneration schemes of more than 1000 dwellings, creating new communities and high-quality place making.
Martin is an ARB registered architect and a member of the RIBA.

Conal Gridley
Director
Conal has worked in the property sector for more than 30 years. Initially focusing on commercial portfolio management, he subsequently looked after assets across all classes providing both acquisition and development advice to varied clients.
For the last 20 years he has acted as Principal bringing a range of schemes to market including greenfield sites, commercial conversions, Listed Buildings and penthouse development.
Throughout he has continued to grow his own property portfolio which includes retail, office, leisure, industrial and residential holdings.
Conal has been a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors since 2000.
