BAYA HOMES
Formed in 2022, BAYA Homes was set up by Founding Partners, Mark Forbes & Martin Pearce.
Having gained significant experience within the residential sector and with a shared vision to create high quality, bespoke developments across the South East of England, BAYA Homes was established.
BAYA Homes seeks to deliver a dependable and dynamic professional approach with an emphasis on building strong relationships and ensuring delivery with its partners, whilst maximising value for all.
We set our foundations to deal with the whole development cycle, from inception to completion, including land sourcing and acquisition, feasibility and design, securing planning consents, design & build, through to sales & marketing and ongoing management.
BAYA Homes aims to provide a flexible and collaborate approach with landowners and agents to ensure an acquisition structure that suits all parties’ interests, be it by way of unconditional purchase, subject to planning, option / promotion / hybrid agreements or joint ventures.
We understand the importance of working closely with local authorities and local communities to ensure a joined-up approach throughout the planning and development process, maximising the chances of a successful planning outcome, and ensuring that our developments are brought forward alongside the delivery of a range of local benefits.
